A few little images from our weekend.
Hubby at the start of his half marathon, he come in on his target time sub 1.35 (1.34.44) but rolled his ankle at 19km so looked pretty grim coming over the finish line! Said it was good though, rather windy and warmer than anticipated.
Nim and I had a great breakfast while waiting for him to come in, she was brilliant and behaved so well, despite it being long and a bit of a tedious morning for a toddler. Unfortunately the weekend was a bit dull for her as due to collecting the race registrations on the Saturday so both day we had to drive to town.
We picked up friends at the airport on Saturday morning and did town jobs like eye tests (I needed new glasses) and sushi lunch (Moose’s favourite) before coming home and having a relaxed afternoon. She loved having new people to chat with and entertain and lots of our friends had family running on sunday so we saw quite a few of her little buddies at the race.
